Happy Kite School and Café is based on a 60' catamaran loft anchored in Frigate Union Island. Union Island is located in the middle of the Grenadines archipelago. From there you are 15 minutes boat ride to the Tobago Cays marine park and the island of Mayreau.
Frigate is the more versatile kite spot of the Grenadines. World class flat water for advanced riders, a wide and safe playground for beginners and intermediate riders and a lagoon with a reef break.The water is pristine, warm and the trade winds are steady!

Created in 2010 Happy Kite School is a loving community and a family business that offers kite lessons, wing foil and foil lessons to beginners and advanced kitesurfers.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Happy kite School rents North and Mystic Kiteboarding equipment. This is actually convenient if you want to travel light and try new gears!
We rent twin tip boards, surfs and kites.

Welcome on board! Our school & café are established in the lagoon of Frigate on a 60' catamaran originally build for day charter. Nicolas up cycled it to establish Happy Kite School and Gypsea Café. Spacious and groovy this is where we welcome you before and after your lesson to exchange about your kite experience. Enjoy yourself on de the deck of the boat celebrating your kiteboarding session and progress, relax, enjoy the pristine water of the laggon with a delicious & healthy smoothie or a cold beer!
